General Policies

Children and Visitors

Visitors must comply with ALL park rules and regulations.

Residents are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children and/or visiting guests.

Safety and respect for all residents, especially children, are the highest priority of Boone’s Farm RV and its residents. Those who fail to comply with these expectations may be asked to leave at the park manager’s discretion. The individuals will be charged the full price of their rental rate with no refund.

Any large ATV vehicles are not permitted in the RV grounds. Other

recreational forms of transportation are permitted; however, if they

interfere with the safety or noise expectations, management has the

right to ask the residents to refrain from use of said item within park

grounds.

Alcohol, Smoking, Drugs, and Firearms

Smoking is allowed within your site areas however they must be

disposed of in the appropriate receptacles. DO NOT throw them on

the ground of the park, including your individual site area.

Smoking is PROHIBITED in any public building.

Absolutely NO discharge or recreational use of firearms or fireworks are allowed.

All weapons shall be kept in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. Those who choose not to comply will be asked to leave

the park at their cost with no refund of rental payment.

NO alcohol is permitted in any of the park’s common areas.

Boone’s Farm RV Park, any of its staff, owners, or representatives, will

NOT be responsible for those of ANY AGE driving under the

influence of any substance.

NO CRIMINAL OR DRUG-RELATED OR EVEN NEAR THE BOONES FARM RV PARK. THIS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, AND VIOLATORS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY!

Pets

All pets must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES, with the exception of those within the dog park fenced areas.

Wildlife or farm animals are NOT allowed on campsites.

Please be respectful and pick up your pet's waste immediately and dispose of it properly. This includes the area around your site, anywhere on the park property, or inside the dog park areas.

Failure to comply with the park's pet requirements and expectations could result in being asked to vacate the park’s premises at your expense with no refund provided.

Management reserves the right to refuse pets based on behavior.

Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. The park is in no way responsible for the care or behavior of these pets.

Noisy and disruptive pets will NOT be tolerated.

Pets are not allowed to be left outside unattended.

Any animal abuse, whether it be your own or a fellow occupant within

the park, will not be tolerated and will be reported to the appropriate

authorities, and you may be asked to vacate the park premises at your

expense with no rental refund.

RV Rules and Regulations

Failure to comply with any of the stated rules and regulations can result in an eviction from Boone’s Farm RV Park and any of its surrounding entities.

All RVs MUST be fully self-contained, well-kept, and in good condition.

RVs 10 years or older MUST be approved by Park Management.

NO sleeping in vehicles outside of the RV.

NO subletting of RV space is allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Maximum of 5 people; 1 RV and 2 vehicles are allowed per site.

Tent camping IS allowed, but the tent must be in excellent condition.

NO open campfires allowed. Manufactured outdoor cooking/charcoal grills are permitted. Manufactured above-ground firepits ARE permitted if a proper fire arrestor is available.

NO clotheslines, freezers/refrigerators, fencing, barriers/pallets, dog

kennels, pens or dog runs allowed.

ALL water hoses/sewer lines must be free from leaks. Sewer hoses must have a “do-nut” or threaded attachment into the sewer.

Solicitations or signs for sale of products/services will NOT be

allowed at any of the park’s sites.

Boone’s Farm RV Park, any of its staff, owners, or representatives will NOT be responsible for any injuries or deaths within the park’s facility, including but not limited to the park’s stock pond or outer creek bank.

Residents are NOT allowed at any time to venture on to any of the rv

parks surrounding private properties. If you do so, one warning will be issued with any following violations forfeiting your contract, and you will be removed from the premises at your expense with no refund or rental payment.

Horse and Stock trailers with animals ARE ALLOWED with approval.

They will however have to be parked in a location past the cattle guards located at the back of the park. This also includes any

personal equipment trailers.

Any destruction of the park property caused by any resident or visitor will be handled at their expense. Failure to comply will result in being removed from the property and possible legal actions.
